Distilled, aged and bottled at Alton Distillery, located in Bethel, upstate New York, home of the infamous Woodstock concerts.

NOSE:
Banana, caramel, chocolate, cherry, and vanilla

PALATE:
Refined with a ginger, orange, apricot, and hints of rosemary and clove. Initial sips spicy with a building heat but each sip clears the pallet. Fruit flavors segues into spicy notes. Refined and subtle.
