Housley Old Vine Zinfandel

This wine comes from 64 year old vines and offers deep spice, with jammy berry flavors and a fantastic smooth finish especially for a Zin. It is very well balanced for a 15.9% alcohol wine!! While a classic Old Vine Zinfandel, it doesn't kill the taste buds and has a great fruit, yet smooth finish. This wine is hand-picked and spends about 18 months in mostly new French and a few American Oak barrels.
